How you keep the engine running with us

You will be part of the Global Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management team. This team consists of eighteen colleagues spread over our five branches. The Director HSEQ of Fokker Services Group is your manager and coach.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality systems within Fokker Services Group.

You will ensure that we meet the requirements of customers and aviation authorities. You will do this in collaboration with various operational departments and suppliers worldwide.

In addition, you are responsible for, among other things:

  • Drawing up audit plans in collaboration with your manager and co-implementing these plans.
  • Providing (online) quality reports within your area of responsibility and communicating this to management.
  • Making improvement proposals for the quality systems and monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of the improvement actions taken.
  • Developing standards and quality indicators together with your colleagues and documenting them in procedures and handbooks.
  • Advising the company on regulatory opportunities and risks.

How you are valuable to us

You are a Quality Assurance Engineer with analytical skills, you like to work in a process-oriented way and you have good communication skills. You are confident and have a healthy dose of curiosity.

In addition, you have:

  • A completed HBO education, preferably in a technical direction.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Experience with making reports.
