How you keep the engine running with us

We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Auditor who safeguards quality, compliance and operational integrity across complex aerospace maintenance, manufacturing and engineering environments. In this role, you will conduct internal, supplier and regulatory audits in line with AS9100, AS9110 and AS9120 standards, as well as EASA and FAA requirements, ensuring that processes, systems and products consistently meet the highest industry and customer expectations.

As an Aerospace Auditor, you are responsible for planning, executing and reporting on audits across the organisation and its supply chain. Your key activities include:

  • Planning, scheduling and conducting internal audits in accordance with AS9100/9110/9120 and EASA/FAA requirements

  • Performing supplier audits to assess compliance with contractual, regulatory and industry standards

  • Evaluating quality management systems, procedures, documentation and records for accuracy and traceability

  • Reviewing maintenance and manufacturing processes, including special processes such as NDT, heat treatment and coatings

  • Assessing configuration management, change control and product lifecycle documentation

  • Verifying compliance with engineering specifications, customer requirements and regulatory guidelines

Nonconformance & Improvement

A major part of your role is identifying risks and driving sustainable improvement. You will:

  • Identify, document and assess nonconformities and systemic gaps

  • Perform and facilitate root-cause analyses using methods such as 5-Why, Ishikawa and 8D

  • Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to closure and verify effectiveness

  • Recommend improvements to quality systems, procedures and operational workflows

  • Support initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce defects and strengthen the compliance culture

Reporting, Communication & Certification

You ensure transparency and alignment by:

  • Preparing clear audit reports and presenting findings to management and stakeholders

  • Communicating audit expectations and compliance requirements to internal teams and suppliers

  • Maintaining accurate and complete audit records

  • Supporting external audits by certification bodies, customers and regulatory authorities

  • Assisting with readiness activities for maintaining and renewing aerospace certifications

How you are valuable to us

  • Proven experience as an auditor within the aerospace industry

  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 / AS9110 / AS9120 standards and EASA / FAA regulations

  • Hands-on understanding of aerospace maintenance, manufacturing, special processes and supply chain quality

  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement
