Become an essential part of our dynamic AOG team at Fokker Services in Hoofddorp as an AOG Support Representative, ensuring seamless 24/7 operations and top-tier support for our customers.
As an AOG Support Representative at Fokker Services you be part of a dedicated AOG Team of ~7 FTE, working in a 24/7 roster. You will be accountable for and ensure a smooth operation of our AOG and Inspection Services in accordance with the agreed Service Levels.
You will actively manage the operational priorities. It is your responsibility to provide our customers with the best possible Services and AOG Support. Be a point of contact for (new) customers that request AOG Support and manage the communication. In case of an AOG no stock situation, you will expedite orders, or source from the supplier and/or aftermarket, arrange (drop) shipments and all other tasks necessary to fulfil the Customer requirement.
When there are no AOG requirements to fulfil you will support the Logistics by performing inspections of parts, prepare picks, prepare shipments of parts, including export declarations.
Further you ensure that 5S and waste control for your area is in place and maintain it at the required standard. As an AOG Support Representative you oversee that all tasks are processed, performed and administrated in our ERP systems in accordance with our internal procedures.
