Are you an experienced CFO (Chief Financial Officer)/Finance Director, ready to take on a new challenge? We have a crucial position situated in the Netherlands, as part of the global leadership team, responsible for strategic and operational financial management.

As our CFO you will be part of the Global Leadership Team and report to the Fokker Services Group CEOs in the Netherlands.

What will you do?
As our CFO, you are responsible for the international teams throughout the Netherlands, United States and Singapore to facilitate profitable organic and non-organic growth. You will provide strategic financial direction and long-range business planning for our global organization. Take full ownership of financial operations, and the financial planning of the company, with seven direct reports (located in SI and US, fourteen indirect reports). The total finance team consists of 25 colleagues (direct and indirect reports, and across 3 continents).  

In addition, you are responsible for, among other things:
•    Overseeing the financial operations of the company, including accounting, tax, treasury, insurance, custom compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
•    Providing M&A transaction leadership.
•    Developing and implementing financing strategies to support the company's growth, profitability and shareholder value creation. Co-create the company strategy with focus on growth, profitability and shareholder value creation.
•    Managing the company's financial resources, including cash flow, and FX.
•    Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws, including custom compliance.
•    Providing financial reports and analysis to support business decisions the CEO’s and senior management.
•    Providing external reporting to Supervisory board and shareholders.
•    Leading and managing the team of financial professionals.
•    Building and maintaining relationships with auditors, advisors, financial institutions and other stakeholders.

You are a CFO with the ambition and potential to grow with us.
You have proven experience in leading a company through a strategic transition and acts as a connecting force across the business. You bring strong business acumen and a result-driven mindset. 
As our CFO, you are strategically minded, pragmatic and proactive. You are an experienced collaborator and trusted sparring partner at executive level, capable of translating strategy into execution while driving value creation and sustainable growth. You can be hands-on when needed.

In addition, you have:
•    A master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics (or related field); 
•    10 years of experience as a CFO/FD and/or experience in FP&A and business control.
•    Proven experience with managing auditors, financial institutions and advisors.
•    Proven experience with (statutory) accounting, treasury, working capital management and tax.
•    Proven Experience in Mergers& Acquisitions and/or refinancing transactions.
•    Minimum 4 years of experience working in a global business environment.
•    Private Equity experience is an advantage.
•    This position requires residency in the Netherlands.
