How you keep the engine running with us

As our Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be part of an international finance organization with teams located in Hoofddorp, Woensdrecht, Singapore and the USA. You will be based in Hoofddorp and work directly under the Group Finance Manager, who will be your manager and coach. You will also collaborate closely with the CFO.

In this role, you are responsible for consolidating and reporting the group’s financial and ESG data, ensuring that all legal requirements, quality standards and reporting deadlines are met. You safeguard the integrity of our financial information by executing and monitoring the proper internal controls.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating Fokker Services Group financial and ESG data
  • Preparing the annual external financial statements in line with Dutch GAAP
  • Preparing the ESG report
  • Acting as the functional owner of the consolidation tool Lucanet
  • Automating group financial reports using tools such as Lucanet and Power BI
  • Managing insurance-related matters

How you are valuable to us

You’re a finance professional who consistently sets goals for his/herself and takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with enthusiasm. You are a self-starter, but are also able to clearly communicate to the organization what is expected to meet the deadlines of financial and ESG reporting.

In addition you have:

  • Masters education in Finance or a related field.
  • At least 2  years’ experience in a similar financial role.
  • Solid knowledge of consolidation, accounting principles, financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with consolidation and reporting systems.
