How you keep the engine running with us

The team 
As our Group Finance Manager, you report to the Finance Director of Fokker Services Group (FSG). Your team consist of 9 FTE, 4 accounts payable, 3 accounts receivable and 2 financial accountants. 
The teams are based in Hoofddorp and Woensdrecht. 

What will you do?

As the Group Finance Manager, you are responsible for leading and managing the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting teams. You actively work on the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency and control within the organization. 
You ensure that the proper internal controls are in place for the group, guaranteeing that all operations align with the required standards and guidelines.

In addition, you are responsible for, among other things:

•    The financial statement close process: ensuring financial close, including full balance sheet reconciliation. 
•    VAT taxation and CBS reporting.
•    Treasury: creating cashflow forecasting reporting, cashflow balancing within the group, bank agreements and hedging if needed.

In addition, you have:

•    A master’s degree in finance or equivalent.
•    At least 5 years’ experience in a similar financial role.
•    Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, financial regulatory frameworks.
•    Experience in managing a team.
•    Experience with ERP systems.
