Internship Internal Communication

At Fokker Services Group, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communication Intern to join our Marketing and Communication department.

As an Internal Communication Intern, you will spearhead a comprehensive project to revamp and improve our current intranet site. This role involves:

• Exploring best practices in intranet communication.
• Identifying shortcomings and issues with the existing intranet.
• Proposing a new content structure, including UX, UI, and content management strategy.
• Implementing the agreed structure using the content management system "Umbraco."
• Communicating with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Proposing a measurement plan to demonstrate success.

• You reside and study in the Netherlands;
• You have proficient English and Dutch language skills;
• You have a pragmatic work attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach to tasks;
• You demonstrate high attention to detail and very organized;
• You display analytical thinking;
• You are passionate about internal communications and have an intuitive understanding of how visual elements works together to create meaning and impact;
• MBO or HBO level.
