How you keep the engine running with us

Your key challenge in this role is translating projects into technically executable work packages, enabling your colleagues to work effectively and efficiently with the given resources, materials, and instructions. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting, monitoring, and adjusting the project plan and schedule to maintain a clear picture of the project’s status.

You will maintain daily communication with Production to track project statuses and maintenance work. You'll collaborate with the Procurement and Logistics departments, ensuring timely information regarding purchase orders and initiating subcontracting for specialized component processing. You will also maintain regular contact with the Project Manager to discuss progress, and with the client for technical inquiries, where English communication skills are essential.

As a Junior Process Engineer, you’ll also provide information for procurement orders to ensure your colleagues in Procurement have the necessary resources for project execution. You'll monitor project progress, initiate meetings to resolve any issues, and be responsible for setting up and updating the project schedule, translating project plans into standardized maintenance tasks, and keeping track of their status.

How you are valuable to us

  • MBO+ level of work and thinking;
  • Knowledge of planning and quality systems;
  • Solid knowledge of project management with experience in planning and logistics processes;
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and related documentation is a strong advantage.

  • Aim for standardization and flexibility;
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including day and evening shifts, to ensure timely delivery of work packages;

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
