How you keep the engine running with us

As Process Engineer CMRO, you directly impact the efficiency, predictability and technical quality of maintenance and manufacturing activities within our Component Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (CMRO) operations.

You play a central role in the operation by translating maintenance programs and technical drawings into clear and executable work packages. You ensure that materials, resources and instructions are available on time while continuously monitoring planning, progress and technical feasibility. In this role, you act as a key link between production, logistics, order control, project management and the customer, helping to ensure smooth operations and the highest safety standards for aircraft components.

You work in a structured way, maintain oversight and communicate clearly with all involved departments. At the same time, you actively identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate maintenance data and technical drawings into technically feasible work packages
  • Create, monitor and adjust production and detailed planning
  • Coordinate daily with production teams regarding progress and operational requirements
  • Inform Logistics and Order Control about required parts and outsourced specialist processes
  • Create requisitions to ensure timely availability of materials and resources
  • Monitor production progress and participate in meetings to resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Convert planning into standardized maintenance tasks and track work status

How you are valuable to us

You are a structured and analytical professional who enjoys working at the center of technical operations.

You bring:

    • MBO+ level or comparable technical working and thinking level
    • Knowledge of planning, logistics processes and quality/planning systems
    • Preferably experience with aircraft maintenance processes and documentation
    • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
    • Strong analytical, communication and process-oriented skills
