FSG is seeking an Airframe Services Program Manager in Woensdrecht. As our Program Manager Airframe Services you will be part of the Airframe Services team. The Director Airframe Services will be your manager and coach and the Airframe Services proposal management reports to you. Our short-term focus proposition development and enhance current programs (B737, A320 and A330) and extension to new programs A350 and/or B787. On long-term, we strive for improvement of our Customer Focus and Operational Excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for positioning, improving, and increasing the profitability of a thriving business: Airframe Services. Together with sales, and through customer conversations, gathering market intelligence, and analyzing opportunities, you will determine how we market our services, where, at what price, and with which differentiating aspects. By analyzing project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and opportunities together with operations, you will set the agenda for the various improvement programs within the business line. Together with the Business Line Director, you will analyze the results, investigate necessary investments, and develop plans for the coming years.

  • Prepare proposals (Bid No Bid) and contract support
  • Contract Deployment (Contract Kick-Off, Risk and Opportunities, Lessons Learned)
  • Charter, initiate, and execute continuous improvement plans and actions for your program(s).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers (and reps) to ensure the program meets customer requirements.
  • Develop future proof (new) programs or business to drive the Strategic objectives.
  • Manage internal communication and collaboration to ensure clarity, agreement, and efficiency to improve operational excellence.
  • Manage ongoing program coordination, risk dependencies, issue resolution, and escalations.

How you are valuable to us

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Supply Chain Engineering; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in the appropriate discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing programs or key accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity with advanced analytics practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Proven track record in Project Management (IPMA certified preferred).
  • Proven track record in the Airframe Services customer and MRO world.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma (certified Green Belt preferred).
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
