How you keep the engine running with us

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced driven Program Manager to join our Modification Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects within the engineering domain, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and effective resource utilization. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies. You will report directly to the Head of Programs and Projects 

How you are valuable to us

  • Bachelor's Degree: A relevant bachelor's degree in aviation engineering or a related technical field.
  • Process Management: Proven experience with process management systems, demonstrating an ability to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 
  • Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in project management principles and leadership, with a track record of successfully leading and executing projects. 
  • Financial Management: Experience in managing project/program financials, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives. 
  • Project Planning: Advanced knowledge in project planning methodologies, capable of developing comprehensive project plans and schedules. 
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Dutch and English, both verbal and written, enabling effective communication in multicultural environments. 
  • Problem-solving skills: The capacity to identify, analyse, and resolve challenges effectively through critical thinking, creativity, and decision-making. 

Besides this technical luggage and of course a genuine passion for aviation, you are the candidate which has a flexible work attitude, with good communication skills, attention to detail and quality oriented. You are an inspiration towards your colleagues, direct to success and act as a team player. Within the project(s) assigned you can function multidisciplinary and are in possession of the necessary decisive leadership skills.
