How you keep the engine running with us

The team 
As our Program Manager Modifications you will be part of the Modification Services team. 
The team is diverse in background and experience, with a mix of strategic and operational expertise.
Our short-term focus is on delivering planned engineering results and increasing commercial impact. 
Long-term, we strive for an efficient organization with a strong, sustainable global presence. The Head of Programs and Projects will be your manager and coach.

What will you do?
As our Program Manager Modifications, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects within the engineering domain.
In addition, you are responsible for, among other things:

•    Organizing and participating in stakeholder alignment meetings.
•    Monitoring progress of key initiatives and take corrective actions if needed.
•    Supporting the development and implementation of process & product improvements.
•    Drive rollout and testing of the web-based proposal system.
•    Follow up on deliverables, escalate risks or delays.
•    Provide regular updates to leadership.

 

How you are valuable to us

You are a Program Manager Modifications who can make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. 
You get energy from building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You also have an adapting approach to match the shifting demands of different situations.

In addition you have:

•    Bachelor's Degree in Aviation engineering or a related field.
•    Experience with process improvement in technical or project-driven environments.
•    Demonstrated expertise in project management principles and leadership, with a track record of successfully leading and executing projects.
•    Proven experience with process management systems, demonstrating an ability to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 
•    Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
•    Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
