You act as the operational lead within the project, keeping teams aligned, maintaining momentum and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure structured execution of projects within the agreed scope
  • Organize and lead project kick-offs and close-outs, including proper handover and evaluation

  • Maintain daily progress through a strong “drumbeat”, including leading daily stand-up meetings
  • Monitor planning, progress and quality, and adjust operations where needed
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks in time and escalate when required
  • Maintain customer contact in collaboration with the Head of Aircraft Maintenance and support customer visits on the work floor
  • Ensure clear communication between operations, internal stakeholders and the customer

Your Position in the Organization

You operate within defined project frameworks and report directly to the Head of Aircraft Maintenance. You work closely together with another Project Leader and are jointly responsible for the successful execution of maintenance projects.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in project management, preferably within a technical or maintenance environment
  • A proactive and independent working style
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to manage day-to-day operations and keep teams aligned
  • Experience with or certification in IPMA-D (or equivalent) is a strong plus
  • A reference check is part of our recruitment process.
