As our new Project Manager Airframe Services in Woensdrecht ,you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of our airframe maintenance projects. You’ll oversee every phase—from planning and budget to technical performance and customer satisfaction. At the same time, you’ll manage a team of professionals working on assigned docks and hangars, ensuring seamless operations and a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Furthermore, you are responsible for:
• Develop and implement a robust operational plan based on customer requirements.
• Set up a well-structured work organization to execute projects efficiently.
• Lead project and production kick-offs, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
• Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer representatives and coordinate meetings.
• Translate project changes into actionable plans and manage workloads accordingly.
• Monitor progress in terms of schedule, budget (production hours), technical accuracy, and quality.
• Drive problem-solving and initiate improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) standards throughout your projects.
• You hold an IPMA-C certification and have a relevant technical background in aircraft maintenance.
• You bring hands-on experience in production planning and project control within the aviation industry.
• You’re well-versed in FAA/EASA Part-145 regulations.
• You have a strong grasp of maintenance manuals, regulatory frameworks, and technical documentation—or you’re quick to get up to speed.
• Your English communication skills (written and verbal) are excellent.
• You’re confident in engaging with internal teams, customers, and aviation authorities.
• You’re a results-driven leader who motivates teams to deliver top performance.
