Project Support Officer

How you keep the engine running with us

As Project Support Officer you will be part of our PSO team. 
Currently this team consists of 2 Project Support Officers.
The Team Lead Project Support Office will be your manager and coach.

What will you do?
As our Project Support Officer you will be primarily responsible for managing, monitoring and controlling the AMRO capacity planning. 
You will support the Head of Production & Standards by reporting on analyses concerning the requested resources for projects in relation to the available capacity and act as the main point of contact between and across various departments.
 
In addition, you are responsible for, among other things:

•    Explaining and solving identified deviations in the capacity planning. 
•    Serving as a liaison between and across different departments, primarily regarding capacity, as well as other operational matters. 
•    Providing support to the AMRO production environment in various areas.
•    Organizing and coordinating out-station projects.
•    Assisting the Head of Production & Standards with improvement projects aimed at taking the organization to the next level

How you are valuable to us

You are a Project Support Officer who has a supportive mindset. You have a proactive, decisive and analytical attitude.
Naturally, you have strong interpersonal skills and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team.

In addition, you have:

•    Relevant bachelor level of education.
•    Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
•    Excellent Excel knowledge and skills.
•    5 years relevant work experience.
•    Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
