How you keep the engine running with us

Developing audit plans and contributing to their execution.
Verifying and analyzing audit findings and ensuring proper handling.
Providing quality reports, both online and offline.
Communicating with management and directors about the quality level, corrective and preventive measures taken, and related reporting.
Making improvement proposals and monitoring the implementation and intended effect of these actions.
Developing standards and quality indicators with your colleagues to control quality within the unit.
Maintaining contacts with regulators and customers regarding the quality level, corrective/preventive measures taken, and associated reporting.
Improving and maintaining the authorization system.
Drafting quality documents, such as instructions and QA manuals, and ensuring their maintenance.
Participating in Supplier Account Teams as a representative of Quality Assurance within Aircraft Conversion & Completion projects.
Conducting source inspections at suppliers, both nationally and internationally.

How you are valuable to us

You have at least a completed HBO (Bachelor's) degree.
You have knowledge of and several years of experience with quality systems and management.
You have knowledge of aviation regulations related to quality, such as EASA Part-21, Part-145, Part-M, FAA, AS9100, AS9110, etc.
You have experience with aircraft maintenance and parts.
You are experienced in preparing reports.
You are familiar with MS Office, including Visio.
You have professional proficiency in the English language, as reports must be prepared in English.
You have professional proficiency in the Dutch language.
You have analytical skills, can work in a process-oriented manner, are decisive, and have excellent communication skills.
You are willing to travel irregularly and internationally several times a year for your work.
