How you keep the engine running with us

As our Senior Data Engineer you will work with different stakeholder such as the Lead Data Engineer, the Data Architect. Additionally, you will work with the Manger DAA, CEO and Continuous Improvement.

In addition, you are responsible for, among other things:

·       Designing, implementing and maintaining the overall data infrastructure. This involves setting up data processes using tools like relational (SQL) databases and APIs (interfaces that allow different software systems to communicate with each other).

·       Ensure data is of high quality, consistent and trustworthy. This includes setting up systems to store the data and putting security measures in place to protect it.

·       You develop and improve data pipelines that allow data to be used efficiently by analysts, data scientists and other stakeholders who need it.

·       You create detail designs and data models and guide implementation projects. You take the lead on the technical aspects of the project while also actively working as a programmer on a daily basis.

How you are valuable to us

You are a Senior Data Engineer who knows how to plan and prioritize. You can make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

You are comfortable with working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. 

In addition you have:

  • A Masters or Bachelor Degree, in informatics/software engineering or related.
  • Experience in Data Engineering Concept
  • Experience in Data Architecture
  • Knowledge of DataBricks
  • Knowledge of programming (SQL, DBT and Python).
  • Experience in working with Lean principles and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities.
