How you keep the engine running with us

At Fokker Services Group, you operate at the intersection of heritage and innovation, contributing to projects that enhance efficiency, quality and future-readiness across our organization. As part of our Engineering Services department, you will support a strategic transition in which specific engineering and CASA‑related activities are moved from Fokker to non‑Fokker (defense) environments.
This internship places you in a key role: connecting stakeholders, analyzing processes and transforming complex information into a clear and actionable transition roadmap similar to the structure and analytical approach expected in our Customer Information Portal internship

Your assignment
You will analyze and structure the transition of engineering and CASA-related tasks. This includes an in‑depth look at current processes, organizational dependencies and compliance considerations.
Your main responsibilities:

  • Mapping current engineering and CASA processes.
  • Analyzing which activities can be transferred to non‑Fokker defense operations.
  • Identifying and engaging all relevant stakeholders across the organization.
  • Conducting and documenting interviews and meetings.
  • Identifying risks, bottlenecks and interdependencies.
  • Developing a concrete, phased transition plan with clear actions and responsibilities.
  • Contributing ideas to ensure quality assurance and compliance with defense standards.

How you are valuable to us

  • You reside and study in the Netherlands
  • Strong command of English and Dutch
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant HBO or WO study (e.g., Engineering, Aviation, Business Engineering, Project Management, Technical Administration)
  • A hands-on, proactive and pragmatic mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and structured thinking
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with many stakeholders
  • Interest in project management processes, process optimization and IT-supported workflows
