The assignment focuses on analyzing, optimizing, rewriting and streamlining these processes so that they are more in line with current practice and contribute to a more efficient and clearer way of working within the organization.
• Analyzing the existing situation.

• Formulating improved process descriptions.
• Structuring and rewriting documentation in clear, accessible language.
• Converting extensive process descriptions into concise one-pagers within the SharePoint environment, so that they are easily accessible and usable by the team in daily practice.
• Securing the adapted processes within the organization.
Learning objectives:
• Develop skills in process analysis and process optimization.
• Gain experience in creating clear and actionable documentation.
• Develop skills in translating complex processes into accessible and understandable documentation.
• Gain insight into change processes and organizational processes.

You are analytically strong and able to map out processes in a clear and structured way. You have good communication skills and can translate the input and feedback you collect into concrete improvements. In addition, you have good written skills, which enables you to articulate complex information in a clear and accessible way.

• Knowledge of process modeling and optimization
• Professional command of the English language
• Experience or basic knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office
• Analytical thinking skills to quickly understand processes and identify bottlenecks
• An inquisitive and critical attitude with which you dare to question existing processes and suggest improvements
• Experience with or knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
