How you keep the engine running with us

During the internship, you will support the team with their daily activities and ongoing projects. This internship offers you a broad view of all the activities within our People & Culture department.

Learning objectives and tasks include:

  • Supporting various HR projects such as Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing, ESG, career development programs, etc.
  • Assisting with personnel changes.
  • Supporting operational tasks such as answering employee questions and drafting contracts.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Working on employee experience projects such as onboarding and updating internal policies.
  • Assisting our recruiters in the recruitment and selection of new candidates.
  • We also welcome your initiatives, suggestions, and ideas.

How you are valuable to us

We are looking for an HBO Human Resources Management intern who is fluent in Dutch and English and has a proactive attitude. You are available for at least 32 hours per week for a minimum of 20 weeks. You can maintain an overview of the various tasks you perform. With your problem-solving approach and "can-do" mentality, no challenge is too great for you.
