During the internship, you will support the team with their daily activities and ongoing projects. This internship offers you a broad view of all the activities within our People & Culture department.
Learning objectives and tasks include:
- Supporting various HR projects such as Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing, ESG, career development programs, etc.
- Assisting with personnel changes.
- Supporting operational tasks such as answering employee questions and drafting contracts.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Working on employee experience projects such as onboarding and updating internal policies.
- Assisting our recruiters in the recruitment and selection of new candidates.
- We also welcome your initiatives, suggestions, and ideas.
