To chair this newly formed governing body, the company has appointed Mr. Jan Willem Baud, a distinguished business leader with a decades-long track record of executive excellence in the Dutch industrial and investment landscape. Mr. Baud has both managing director as well as board-level leadership experience across the engineering, investment, and non-profit sectors in The Netherlands.

Mr. Pieter Elbers: Mr. Elbers, a recognized leader in global aviation is currently President and CEO of IndiGo and former President and CEO of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

Ms. Joanne Kellermann: Ms. Kellermann brings extensive governance experience across both private and non-profit financial institutions, including Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn and the Supervisory Board of NWB Bank in the Netherlands.

Mr. Daniel Rosen Jacobson: Mr. Rosen Jacobson has a strong background in innovation and sustainability. He is co-Founder and co-CEO of Elysian Aircraft and board member of Panta Holdings.

Together, the members of the Supervisory Board bring a unique combination of strategic insight, operational expertise, and global perspective gained at the highest levels of the aviation and industrial sectors. This Board will play a critical role in guiding FSG’s strategic direction, reinforcing its governance framework, and ensuring compliance with international aviation standards and corporate integrity benchmarks. It will also help advance FSG’s ambitions in sustainability, innovation, and long-term value creation—for its shareholders, employees, and the broader aviation ecosystem.
