Fokker Services Group is Nominated as an Embraer Authorized Service Center for the Royal Netherlands Air Force C-390 Millennium Fleet

November 3, 2026

Fokker Services Group, an independent aerospace services provider, has been appointed by Embraer as an Authorized Service Center for the C-390 Millennium multi-mission military transport aircraft. Under the agreement, Fokker Services Group will deliver maintenance and support services for the aircraft acquired by the Royal Netherlands Air Force.

As part of this authorization, Fokker Services Group will play a key role in the induction of the Netherlands' C-390 Millennium fleet into operational service, providing on-site technical and operational assistance, including Field Service Representatives (FSRs). This comprehensive support package is designed to ensure a smooth entry into service of this next generation aircraft while maximizing availability and mission readiness.

"We are proud to be appointed as an Authorized Service Center for the C-390 Millennium. This authorization recognizes the experience and capabilities of our teams and expands the support we can provide to military operators. We look forward to supporting the entry into service and long-term availability of the C-390 Millennium fleet in the Netherlands" said Roland van Dijk, CEO of Fokker Services Group.

"We are pleased to announce this partnership with Fokker Services Group and further strengthen our ties with the Royal Netherlands Air Force. This milestone reflects the confidence that customers and partners across the C-390 Millennium program place in Embraer. We look forward to creating long-term value through strategic collaboration in the Netherlands for years to come," says Frederico Lemos, Chief Commercial Officer of Embraer Defense & Security.

The C-390 Millennium, built and designed in the 21st century, is the most modern military transport aircraft in its class. It can carry more payload (26 tons) compared to other medium-sized military transport aircraft, flying faster (470 knots) and farther. It can perform a wide range of missions, including cargo and troop transport, equipment and personnel airdrops, medical evacuation, search and rescue (SAR), firefighting, and humanitarian missions, operating from temporary or unpaved runways. The aircraft, when configured with quick-installation air-to-air refueling equipment (AAR), can operate both as a tanker and as a receiver.
